When you join the waitlist, request information, or submit a lead form, we may collect information you provide, including:

  • your full name and phone number;
  • your dental practice name and number of locations; and
  • other information you choose to share when we follow up with you.

We may also collect basic technical and usage information, such as browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring source, and interactions with our website or ads.

Our marketing forms are for business contact information. Please do not submit patient information or protected health information through these forms.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested product information, manage the waitlist, understand interest in Autumn, improve our website and advertising, measure campaign performance, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable law.

Submitting a form gives Autumn permission to contact you about your inquiry by phone or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message and data rates may apply. You may ask us to stop at any time.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, forms, analytics, advertising, communications, and data storage. These providers may include Meta, Google, Supabase, Cloudflare, PostHog, and our hosting providers, depending on how you interact with Autumn.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, financing, or acquisition.

Advertising and analytics

We use analytics and advertising technologies, including the Meta Pixel and PostHog, to understand website activity and measure ad performance. These services may receive device, browser, referral, and interaction data under their own privacy terms. You can manage certain advertising preferences through your browser and your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including responding to your request, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted, or opt out of future marketing communications. To make a request, reply to any communication from Autumn or use the waitlist form on meetautumn.com and tell our team that your request concerns privacy.
